چکیده: Brucellosis caused by bacterium Brucella, affecting various domestic and wild species. Economic and medical consequences
of this disease have led to efforts to prevent the infection through the use of vaccines. This study was conducted to predict Bcell
epitopes of GroEL as an important Brucella antigene. Three potential epitopes were predicted using bioinformatics tools
and were confirmed by 3D structure of Groel protein. This predicted epitopes may be suitable candidate for vaccine
production against Brocella.
