All the given contradictions between indigenous particularities and global universality and also debates between the proponents and opponents of globalization will be examined in terms of eastern approach, in particular Iranian culture. Accordingly, globalization defines as humanization and so it is indicated how well some issues in learning could be solved by considering the dialectic process of localization and globalization. Underpinning Iranian cultural resources, it is also explained that not only globalization is never antithetical to localization, but also it could be considered as a complementary of localization and vice versa. Due to this dynamics dialectic socio-cultural process, universities in the supper complex increasingly globalized world are responsible for and also able to providing an opportunity for individuals with awareness back to their roots and to enable them to determine their position in the world and respect other cultures. I call this as a real option to localizing globalization and globalizing localization.
