description abstract	Let R be a commutative ring and M be an R -module. There is a canonical map mu_M : R longrightarrow mathrm{End}_R(M) such that for r in R , mu_M(r) is the multiplication map by r on M . In this talk we study the conditions such that for the local cohomology module M:=H^n_ frak{a}(R), mu_M is bijection. Moreover, by using the theory of modules of generalized fractions, we study the R-module J_{b{{it x}} ,frak{a},R}.	en
