Abstract: The cultural relations between iran and India have a long history.there has been continuance interaction between two nations.
The celebration of the now rooz festival started in India during the rule of the guptap,s coinciding with the rule of the sasanids in iran .the now rooz festival ,which attracted the people of India towards itself in addition of beging a festival of happiness and general festivities ,is also an occasion of compassion, kindness ,justice and help.
According to the available documents ,the celebration of now rooz festival restarted during the the period of the mughals after a gap of about one thousand years.during the rule of the kigs of this dynasty,the needy used to benefit from the charity of the wealthy during the NowRooz period. They used to eat from the general feasts held on this and laws were framed.
