description abstract | The implementation of quality systems is very pale in designing and adapting to customer requirements to technical specifications of the products and analyzing risk assessment before production and its only emphasis is on the use of quality systems during the production. Due to these issues, low quality should not lead to the closure of products in Alpha Company effective the industry, but we should strive to improve the quality and use of new technologies to draw people's trust to purchase. The aim of this study is to provide integrated model of quantitative techniques analytic network process (ANP) and Dematel fuzzy to select the most appropriate quality management system and more consistent with realities. Initially based on the basic studies and surveys of experts, the quality management systems were identified in the automotive industry as well as the benefits of implementing quality management systems. Then the paired comparisons of different elements were discussed in network structure. To evaluate the relationship between the parameters and options, Dematel fuzzy techniques have been used. Based on the results of the super matrix network analysis, the weights of quality management systems are determined and prioritize them in the order of system failure modes, effects analysis, ISO and quality control circles. Considering the results of the research, it is suggested that alpha company puts the FMEA system priority in the quality management department. Application of this system can be used to identify failure factors and increase the security rate and ultimately lead to customer satisfaction. | en |
