An Orgnaizational learning framework for leaverging knowledge in collaborative process
سال
: 2006
چکیده: : This paper extends a previous study in conceptual process modelling, and introduces an ontological model of
collaborative business processes as a framework for leveraging knowledge by identifying organisational learning priorities
in collaborative business process contexts. The theoretical foundation of the proposed framework has roots in the interactionists’
approach and implies that organisational learning priorities can be derived by analysing various knowledge artefacts
that are used/exchanged by collaborating actors during their various interactions. A knowledge engineering development
methodology is used to build the proposed ontological process model using a team of domain experts, as well as a generic
university library business process in order to demonstrate the results.
