Preservation of Dependence Concepts Under Bivariate Weighted Distributions

چکیده: In this paper, we investigate conditions under which a given positive dependence structure for a bivariate distribution is also preserved for its corresponding bivariate weighted distribution. The results can be simplicity translated to the case of the negative dependence structures. In some cases, the bivariate weight function for which a dependence structure is preserved, is characterized.
