در این مطالعه در تابستان 1386 تعداد 50 نمونه از آب چاههای تامین کننده آب مصرفی گاوداریهای صنعتی اطراف مشهد از نظر حضور باکتری اشریشیا کولای O157:H7 و نیز ژنهای STX1 و STX2 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
