The Role of Context in the Interperetation of the Jurisprudential Verses of Quran.

Abstract:<br><br>Topic: The Role of Content “syaq” in Interpretation of Jurisprudential Verses of holly Quran.<br><br>“Syaq” means reason that has joined to desired words and phrases and can be verbal like the previous and next words that with desired phrase, forms a correlative speech and can be also state symmetry like conditions and situations in which the speech has been stated.<br><br>Scholars and commentators have paid much attention to “syaq” context and have considered it as the most important symmetry for understanding the proper and real meaning of word. But in some cases of jurisprudential Verses this significant thing has not paid attention to, consequently, they have deduced special Legal and jurisprudence from some of these verses which are opposing and sometimes contradictory to other verses and according to this wrong interpretation, have justified narrations and tradition too.<br><br>This paper, describing the importance and benefits and conditions of content “syaq” and the necessity of commentator’s attention to it, has mentioned some examples of the application of “syaq” in verses, and has pointed to kinds of “syaq” and it’s application in the verses of holly Quran.
